Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. LateControl does not provide refunds for any reason. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your subscription. Payment details are processed securely, and access is granted upon verification of payment.

To access subscription features, you must register and authenticate your account using the provided login method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal data necessary to provide and improve our Services. This includes your name, email address, and payment information collected when you register or subscribe. You may log in using the “Continue with Google” method. Additionally, we require you to complete a mandatory survey during account setup, through which we collect demographic information such as your country, age, and gender. We also use cookies and other non-personal data collection technologies to enhance your experience.

LateControl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Our Services use AI technology, including GPT-based systems, to provide advice related to your goals and concerns. You acknowledge that this advice is generated by AI and may not be perfect or professional advice. By using the Services, you accept that you remain responsible for decisions based on AI-generated content.
